As President, Flo has more than 40-years of construction industry executive experience and currently has oversight of purchasing, company financials and business development for the firm. She was instrumental in driving East Ends initial foray into the construction space and has constantly nurtured an attitude of fiscal discipline and customer commitment within the firm.
Technical Director and Consultant
As the founder of East End Plumbing & Mechanical, this 50-year trade veteran and construction executive, has seen nearly every facet of this industry. He is relied upon as a technical knowledge base to the entire firm. He is a Registered Master Plumber with the Allegheny County Health Department and in addition is a combat decorated Korean War veteran of the US Army Corps of Engineers.
Arthur Mascilli Jr.
Vice President of Construction
As Vice President of Construction Art Jr. is responsible for overseeing estimating and construction quality assurance in addition to field productivity analysis and developing company strategy. He brings over 17 years of trade, engineering project management and engineering quality assurance expertise to the firm. He holds a BA from the University of Pittsburgh and an MS/MBA from Duquesne University. In addition he is a Registered Master Plumber with the Allegheny County Health Department. Prior to his role at East End, Art Jr., held a variety of executive, engineering and quality assurance roles with prominent local firms including Mellon Bank, Fore Systems and Marconi.
Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations Tony is responsible for driving overall business processes including project management, safety, human resources, P&L management and development of company strategy. He brings over 15 years of trade, service operations and engineering project management expertise to the firm. He holds both a BA and MS from the University of Pittsburgh and in addition is a Registered Master Plumber with the Allegheny County Health Department. Prior to his role at East End, Tony held and variety of executive and engineering roles with prominent local firms including the Pittsburgh Technical Institute, Fore Systems and Marconi.
